Position: Float Medical Assistant

Location: 7956 W Jefferson Blvd.

Status: Full Time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a full time Float Medical Assistant to assist our Physicians at NeuroSpine & Pain Center in care of patients by preparing for office appointments, rooming patients, responding to patient questions, carrying out physician orders, documenting care provided, and completing necessary practice support paperwork to deliver superior patient care. Prior medical office experience and EMR (Webchart experience) preferred.


Position: Clinical Research Coordinator

Location: 7956 W Jefferson Blvd.

Status: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

The Clinical Research Coordinator oversees and coordinates the daily activity of clinical research studies. They work closely with the clinical teams and investigators to ensure that all protocol required procedures and visits occur according to protocol specific guidelines. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor degree in science, psychology or related field; or an additional 4 years relevant research experience in lieu of a degree. Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator with a demonstrated understanding of medical terminology. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
