Ronald N. Williams, Ph.D., ABN, HSPP

Ron Williams, Ph.D., ABN, HSPP Dr. Ron Williams has been a part of the professional staff at Fort Wayne Neurological Center since 1991. He is, currently, the Director of the Neuropsychology Department. His Doctoral Degree was conferred by the Neuropsychology Program at Ball State University. He holds a Masters Degree in Geropsychology from the University of Notre Dame and his undergraduate degrees were in psychology and chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington. He is board certified in Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology (ABPN)

Dr. Williams has years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dementing illnesses such Alzheimer's disease as well as Parkinson's disease, stroke, traumatic brain injuries, MS and a wide range of other neurological and psychological conditions. He also has specialized training and experience in the treatment of insomnia. His published research has been focused on the development of neuropsychological measures for diagnosing and assessing impairment in dementing illnesses. More recently, publications and professional presentations have focused on the cognitive changes associated with multiple sclerosis. His practice also involves forensic neuropsychology leading to work with attorneys and patients in personal injury cases that result in changes in abilities or other matters where issues pertaining to competency, responsibility, and judgement are in question. He supervises our staff of 6 doctoral level Neuropsychologists, 3 psychometrists, one mental health counselor and a host of support staff. He is most well known for his work with older adults and the cognitive changes that occur with age, especially Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Diane Osborne, Ph.D., HSPPDr. Osborne received her doctorate from Ball State University in School and Counseling Psychology. She specializes in the management of chronic pain, including back pain, headaches, neuropathy, and other medical conditions. She has additional expertise in biofeedback and relaxation techniques and in the diagnosis and management of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and other adjustment issues secondary to medical conditions.

Francis Goff, Ph.D., HSPP

Francis Goff, Ph.D., HSPP Dr. Goff received her doctorate from Ball State University with a Neuropsychology specialty. She focuses on neuropsychological assessments of dementia, traumatic brain injury and stroke. The intensive work with stroke patients led to the founding of the Stroke Support Group in 1993. She has expertise in psychotherapy for those with chronic illness and disabling conditions. She has been named as the Living Donor Advocate working with kidney donors who are participating in the Kidney Donor program through Lutheran Hospital. She provides inpatient psychological and neuropsychological services at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Wayne, Lutheran Hospital and the Generations Mental Health Services for Older Adults. Experienced in providing neuropsychological services to those involved in Workers Compensation injuries, she also provides Independent Medical (Psychological and Neuropsychological) Evaluations. Additionally, she is a provider of psychological assessments required prior to bariatric surgery.

Peter Dodzik, Psy.D., ABN, ABPdN, HSPPDr. Dodzik received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with specializations in Neuropsychology and Geropsychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology in 2000. His residency and fellowship were in Pediatric Neuropsychology. He is the Associate Department Chair and Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology-Chicago Northwest. Dr. Dodzik specializes in pediatric neuropsychological assessment and sleep medicine. He is Board Certified in Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychology through the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology and the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.

Tasha Williams, Ph.D., ABPdN, HSPP

Tasha Williams, Ph.D., ABPdN, HSPPDr. Tasha Williams completed her doctorate in School Psychology at Ball State University with specializations in Neuropsychology and Counseling Psychology in 2005. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and Residency at Fort Wayne Neurological Center and continues to work there full-time with a wide variety of patients from pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. She has a particular interest in working with children under the age of five. Dr. Williams has done presentations focused on Alzheimer's disease and Autism Spectrum Disorders for various community groups. She also has served on the Advisory Board for A Day Away Adult Daycare. Dr. Williams has been involved in research focused on academic achievement of students in charter schools, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and assessment and instruction of high achieving and gifted children. Her research in the assessment of high achieving and gifted children was presented at the 2007 American Psychological Association meeting as a part of a symposium. Dr. Williams is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology and the American Psychological Association. Outside of her work with Fort Wayne Neurology, she has interests in the areas of conflict resolution and issues of diversity. She co-leads diversity workshops for college students and other organizations.

John Brinkman, Ph.D., HSPP

John Brinkman, Ph.D., HSPPDr. Brinkman received his doctorate in Psychology from Ball State University with a specialization in Neuropsychology. He completed his pre-doctoral internship and residency at Midwest Neurology in Danville, Indiana. At Midwest Neurology he conducted rotations in both pediatric and adult neuropsychology. After his fellowship was completed, Dr. Brinkman began working with older adults as a Neuropsychologist for the GeroPsych Institute at the Madison Center in South Bend, Indiana. He continues to work with older adults and he provides inpatient neuropsychological services at Lutheran Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital. Dr. Brinkman is also an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Counseling at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana. Dr. Brinkman is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the International Neuropsychological Society.
